DWIMS receives incorporation to UST Faculty of Sacred Theology from Vatican’s Congregation for Catholic Education

Tagaytay City—A significant milestone was achieved by the Divine Word Institute of Mission Studies (DWIMS) when it received the prestigious grant of incorporation last July 25, 2020.

Through its Decree (Prot. N. 491/2014), the Vatican's Congregation for Catholic Education granted the Incorporation of DWIMS to the Faculty of Sacred Theology of the Pontifical University of Santo Tomas.

Through this incorporation, DWIMS is able to confer canonical Licentiate and Doctorate degrees in Theology, with a specialization in Mission Studies.

DWIMS has long served as a beacon of learning and formation for individuals from across Asia seeking to delve deeper into the field of mission studies.
